Elsie lives with Harvey Payne in San Diego, CA.
Here is a picture of our RR Elsie (Neema C Karama Mishindi) at Dog Beach in San Diego, CA. This was during the fall, so the beach was basically abandoned. Dogs are allowed to roam free (unleashed) on this beach and interact with other dogs and other owners. It is really fun for the dogs (and the people).
